Innovation Ways is a Telecom BSS consultancy. For two decades that has meant designing, building, and owning mission-critical billing systems at scale — the kind where a wrong number is a regulator's letter, not a tidy bug ticket. The company now brings that same production discipline to AI, and builds it in the open.

The conviction behind it is simple: in AI, the model is becoming a commodity. The durable value is in the engineering around it — orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, observability, and the verification layer that lets a system run unattended. It's the same discipline that keeps revenue-critical billing running at telecom scale.

Twenty years designing, building, and owning critical back-office systems end-to-end — telecom billing, securities settlement, insurance documentation. Sole developer of a Swiss operator's invoicing system that produces millions of invoices a month, with zero major production incidents across successive platform upgrades.

Through Innovation Ways, that work now extends into applied AI: an AI-orchestration platform (IW AI Core), a fully-local agentic RAG system with a benchmarking studio built in (IW RAG), a production AI podcast platform (PodForger), and an on-prem multi-agent retrieval system built for a Swiss telecom operator.
